In order to develop further, we need to know where we are. Assessments (or Audits as some prefer to call them) are a great way to identify the talents of your personnel as well as organization and also to priorities for further development.
How to identify what is missing or needed in future:
- review your strategy and set clear competences needed by your personnel to reach your 3-5 year targets
- assess current state of desired competences within your team
- prepare HR strategy and development plan for jobs, teams and individuals
- develop or introduce needed HR and Learship tools
- coach managers to become promoters of change and developers of their team
- conduct identified trainings (pt.2)
