  1. review your strategy and set clear competences needed by your personnel to reach your 3-5 year targets
  2. assess current state of desired competences within your team
  3. prepare HR strategy and development plan for jobs, teams and individuals
  4. develop or introduce needed HR and Learship tools
  5. coach managers to become promoters of change and developers of their team
